  34. !iicAlarm uses the functions of the standard Archimedes clock-chip PFC8583.
  35. It allows setting an alarm-time and switching an alarm-line at that time.
  36. Using a small circuit, this alarmline can be used to switch on/off the
  37. computer, allowing to start programs without the user at a given time
  38. automatically.
  39. I use the abilities of the !Alarm-Application (in RiscOs 3.xx) to manage all
  40. time-events, since it is in ROM, performs all operations very nice and can
  41. handle task-alarms.
